Introducing the revolutionary WAWJ-RL | Weapon Alignment & Weld Jig. This essential builder's jig transforms your welding process, ensuring your receiver, barrel, and trunnion are fixed in absolute alignment and welded together with HK Factory-Level precision.

The modular panel system design allows the WAWJ to be configured to any weapon length or build stage requirements.

Silicon Nitride (Si3N4) Ceramic Bearings provide support, alignment and  smooth rotation of your weapon in 360 degrees, with lockout positions every 15 degrees. Providing you the ability to position your seams at the optimal welding angles.

By automatically aligning, squaring, and centering the trunnion to the receiver rails, the WAWJ-RL enhances reliability and ensures consistent weapon cycling and accuracy.

BUILT TO LAST

The WAWJ is 5-Axis machined from solid 7075 T6 Aluminum Alloy and Hardcoat Type III Anodized for long-term wear resistance, even under the most demanding conditions. 

The S7 Tool Steel Alignment Spindles and Titanium (Ti-6AI-4V) hardware sre virtually indestructible with a Gold Titanium Nitride (TiN) PVD coating for durability and wear resistance.
